Need some help getting ready for the upcoming triathlon season on your swim technique, endurance, and/or confidence?

HEAT is offering a 3-session swim clinic to HEAT members run by Safe Sport certified swim professional Rob Duguay*

Where: Middletown Recreation Center Pool; Middletown, CT. This is a beautiful clean 6 lane pool only opened to HEAT during this time for this clinic.

When: Sunday, March 9 : 10am-12 noon

Sunday, March 16: 10am- 12 noon

Sunday, April 13: 10am – 12 noon

Cost: $60 (for all 3 sessions)

We are limiting this clinic to the first 25 HEAT paid members to sign up in the HEAT store and expect it to sell out based on previous swim clinics.

* Rob Duguay has been a member of HEAT, and currently coaches several age group swim teams, Middletown Masters, Mercy High School swim team, Cheshire High school swim team, and is a member of CT Masters and US masters swimming.
