Bring a dish to pass and an appetite. ** Picnic open to all current HEAT members ** This is one of the best sprint races in CT and a great way to finish off the season. Usually have warm calm water, flat bike with some minor rolling hills, and nice run along the coast. Bring the family and enjoy the picnic tables available at the beach club. Whether you are training for long or short course, local or overseas venues, or upcoming or early fall races, join us for a weekend to remember!
