For the 4rd year running HEAT is teaming up with Coach Jeff Stuart to provide members with another professionally coached 8 week session at St. Joe’s. The 8 week session will start on Sunday October 16th and running through December 11th at the St. Joe’s Aquatic center in West Hartford from 10:30 am – noon. (skipping 11/29).
