With the winter weather, the trainer is simply a way of life for us New England triathletes and cyclists.  But why spin at home alone when you can spin with HEAT?  Join HEAT for a night of spinning at Newington Bike.  Bring your bike (trainers are provided) and enjoy a workout with all of your favorite HEAT friends.

The $1 fee will hold your place and go to charity.

WHEN:  February 3rd, 6-7:30p

WHERE:  Newington Bike, 1030 Main St, Newington, CT 06111 HOW MANY:  Limit of 20 riders (HEAT members only)

WHAT TO BRING:  Your bike, shoes, workout clothes, a water bottle, towel, and lots of smiles!

WHY:  Because misery loves company!!

If you aren’t able to be one of the first 20 members to join, don’t worry.  Additional dates will be added once interest is generated.
