HEAT has teamed up with Gold sponsor Chris Britts of Velo Legitimo Cycling to provide members with an introduction to his indoor cycling studio and then a coached group endurance outside ride.
The session will be limited to 10 members (of similar ability), tri or road bikes are fine, and this will be a “no drop” session. We are setting up 4 different sessions based on ability but you can sign up for as many as you want.

Current schedule:
9/22 – A group (under 17mph)
9/29 – B group (over 17mph)
10/6 – A group
10/13 – B group

Details — Meet on Saturday at 8AM at Velo Legitimo Cycling in Simsbury – 760 Hopmeadow Street.
Event will go on rain or shine (in case of really bad weather we may convert to indoor session only — not likely, however)
