Bring your swim to the next level.

For the 4rd year running HEAT is teaming up with Coach Jeff Stuart to provide members with another professionally coached 8 week session at St. Joe’s.

The 8 week session will start on Sunday October 16th and running through December 11th at the St. Joe’s Aquatic center in West Hartford from 10:30 am – noon. (skipping 11/29). We have the entire pool.

All levels are welcome (especially those new to HEAT). We guarantee you will experience all-around improvement in your aquatic abilities.

In addition to Jeff, each week we have guest HEAT coaches running the workouts and providing expert advice on swimming and triathlons.

We are lucky to have some of the most experienced triathletes as members who will be on deck. Their resumes include both Kona, age group world championship qualifiers and most with National age group top rankings.

Space is limited, we can only accommodate 25-30 and we expect this will sell out fast.
Advanced sign-up is required to secure your spot for the full 8 weeks. Since this is a “progressive” series there is not a “walk in” option.

Attendees will receive access to all 24 custom workouts to add to their training program.

NOTE – Due to insurance requirements, you must be an “active” HEAT member. (You can sign up or renew in the store).
