Any and all HEAT members looking to improve all facets of their open water swimming. Guaranteed to reduce anxiety, enhance efficiency, and raise your swimming to a maximum level of performance. Beginner, novice or advanced are welcome. Skills will be covered from the swim start to navigation, to buoy turns, through swimming in traffic, to finishing at the bike transition, and beyond.

We meet at the 3rd bench, Lake Terramuggus, Blish Memorial Park, Marlborough, CT. The clinic is held every Wednesday night at 6:30 PM.

Fees are $30 per person with a discount to any HEAT attendee who makes
10 sessions or more.

Parking passes are mandatory.
